TJ and Angelica were recommended to us when we started looking to buy a home in Rapid City. We picked a difficult time to buy because the market was crazy. It was during the start of the COVID Pandemic, with homes being snatched up above listing prices shortly after listings became public. TJ worked closely with us. We made several trips to Rapid City to explore possibilities, even under the weird market conditions. TJ was exceptionally vigilant on our behalf. We had a special situation because we were attempting to coordinate our move to Rapid City to be in unison with our daughter and her family’s move. TJ and Angelica were always (emphasis on ALWAYS) available to us in our questions and pursuit. Eventually we found a great new home on the same weekend that our daughter found a perfect home for her family. We signed offers to buy on the same day and we received finalized contracts within a few days afterward. These guys are great!

TJ made a continual effort to get me into any and every house I wanted to look at as soon as I asked, and on super last minute showings if he couldn't make it he made sure one of his fellow agents would be there. TJ continually informed me of aspects of homes that I may not have been aware of, their functions, ages, purposes, and whether or not they were the best fit for me. He made sure to be on the constant look out for new and upcoming homes on the market that would suit me, and never gave up for advocating for me when it came to negotiations. They are both an excellent communicator, always quick to respond to our endless questions about the hundreds of houses we saw over the last few years.
